By accessing this website or submitting an inquiry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply exclusively to business-to-business (B2B) transactions and professional entities; this website is not intended for consumers.

SC Marivla Vegetable SRL offers wholesale supply of fresh vegetables, with a primary focus on cucumbers, to business buyers including retailers, distributors, wholesalers, restaurants, and food service companies across the European Union and the United Kingdom.

This website serves as a presentation and contact platform. It does not constitute an online shop and no purchase is completed through the website itself. Orders and commercial terms are agreed separately between the parties via email, telephone, or written agreement.

Submitting a contact form or sending an email to SC Marivla Vegetable SRL constitutes an inquiry only and does not create a binding contract. A contract is formed only upon written confirmation of an order by SC Marivla Vegetable SRL.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any inquiry or order at our sole discretion, including due to availability, minimum order quantities, geographic restrictions, or creditworthiness of the buyer.

Prices are quoted in EUR or RON and are subject to change without notice until confirmed in writing. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms, credit limits, and invoicing procedures are agreed individually with each business client. Late payment may result in suspension of deliveries and/or statutory interest charges in accordance with applicable Romanian law and EU Directive 2011/7/EU on late payments in commercial transactions.

Delivery terms (Incoterms, timelines, minimum quantities, logistics costs) are agreed on a per-contract basis. SC Marivla Vegetable SRL shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events including but not limited to adverse weather, transport disruptions, strikes, border closures, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Our products comply with EU food safety and quality regulations, including applicable EU marketing standards for fresh vegetables. Any quality complaints must be raised in writing within 24 hours of receipt of goods, accompanied by photographic evidence. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. SC Marivla Vegetable SRL shall not be liable for quality degradation caused by improper storage or handling by the buyer or carrier after delivery.
